Given this, wouldn't it seem that there is now no reason for FAMH to ever file it's audited financials? FAMH will disappear, and the new company already files reports. Why not simply wait until the next ATXI reports are due before filing anything?

This, of course, is pure speculation, but it would not surprise me at all if it happened. {:)>

LFISKY

Could you explain the difference between OTC/BB and Nasdaq. Surely even inside the Nasdaq the MM's still have the power to move the stock in the direction they want?

Still Learning (But heavily into FAMH)

I have a question for anyone. ATXI was still releasing press on their operations this week. What now becomes of these operations? Do we try to continue to operate what this company has going or try to sale or dispose of all of their assets? Anyone have any thoughts on this matter?

You Got it LFISKY!

any doubters simply need to call a few stock brokers/money managers and ask what they think of penny stocks, BB stocks, pink slip stocks what ever you want to call them. Those educated by and/or working for the big time players laugh at these stocks and won't touch them with a ten foot vacuum extension (just a little plug for ATXI's line of work).

This merger, whether it looks like a "reverse split" or not is nothing short of great for FAMH. Bottom line, we are now going to be a listed company. We can now sit at the table with the grown-ups. Full speed ahead>(JMO, of course!)
