Albert. If they keep that pricing up and make no profit, I don't know, that does not sound to me like a long term business practice.

You never know, VG on the main Intel thread was calling for this going under some time in the near future? All I am saying is, you can't stay in business forever if you make no profit. Well, maybe some people can. gg.

BTW, give me a hint. DEC is being taken over and if that ever happened to AMD, who would it be? Who would love to have all those losses?

Sonny

Albert,

<One way or another it (AMD) would be bailed out >

Do you think CYRX investors were happy with the deal they received from NSM?? Do you think they are happy now with NSM's performance?

Just because someone might rescue AMD from the brink of bankruptcy, doesn't mean it will be favorable to AMD investors. When you are on the verge of going out of business, you don't have much leverage.

Any prospective AMD buyer is going to think long and hard about buying a company bleeding so much red ink, especially after the NSM/CYRX debacle which so far has been a disaster for NSM.

AMD needs new leadership and new management bad. As long as Jerry is around AMD's long term prospects remain the same, i.e. year after year the company will lose money, year after year the stock will stay flat (except for periods of sucker rallies like the many we have seen in the past), and Jerry will continue to get rich.
