Hardrocker,

I have been lurking on this thread for quite awhile now. As a "newbie", I don't have a lot to add to add to the discussions. However, I appreciate your honest and insightful posts. You have a great ability to get everyone re-focused on why we are all here - AGTI. I am invested and in for the long run. Just wanted to say thanks and wish everyone good luck.

Hardrocker,

First let me say that I was not referring to you when I said fanatical. In my opinion you have taken a more reasoned approach and been willing to examine issues more objectively. I do realize that you have real money invested and this tends to color or impact your opinions and analysis.

After reading "Lurking" on the AGTI thread for a year, I thought it would be interesting to participate. I do not own stock in either AGTI nor GMTC, as it is illegal for me to do so under the Texas Bingo Enabling Act. I enjoy mental stimulation and don't watch a great deal of TV, so I jumped in. That's the best I can do as to my reasons for begining to post. I do intend to post on other SI threads.

I think you will find that I am very careful with the information that I post. Given that I attempt to provide sources for information that I provide, I would expect someone on the thread to point out any fact that they felt I had missed.

I agree that some of the founders of GMTC worked with AGTI a number of years ago. I do not know all of the details of their split, as this was beform my involvement. I have met Bob S and his son and have no reason to question their integrity. I also know the founders and management team of GMTC and know them to be of utmost character and integrity. Whatever their differences, I do not believe anyone has implied improper behavior on the part of either party. I would appreciate knowing what you mean by playing dirty in the trenches, on SI and in sales. Specifics please.

On a positive note. The AGTI fixed unit is on par with the current generation of GMTC's fixed unit, though is well behind their new release, now being readied for full roll-out. The market is large and I believe the AGTI fixed unit to be better than the FortuNet product. The issue will be service, which has been a very significant weakness. AGTI was able to sell customers on their product, they just couldn't maintain after the sale. That is why the old press releases cannot be reconciled to the lack of revenue and lack of units placed in market. BTC has a better service track record, so might have greater success. However, at 15% royalty this will be difficult to achieve any meaningful profit results given the number of shares outstanding.

I have been checking and have yet to find a successful installation currently using the MaxLite handheld unit. This would be a good question to ask the company. AGTI still handles this product line direct, so they should be able to answer you.

The market segment that Sonic Bingo is positioned for is quite good. However, MGAM is well positioned here and will be difficult to dislodge. Also, there is a legal challenge regarding class II or class III classification. As I posted earlier, GMTC delayed introduction of its game due to the legal issues being raised in OK. It appears that MGAM has contained its problem and is moving forward, but questions remain. Given a successful resolution, these devices can do quite well; however, the competition will be very significant. Unfortunately, for AGTi and GMTC, both late comers, MGAM is firmly entrenched in the drivers seat, but that does not mean there is not significant opportunity, just that you don't announce a product and watch the profits roll in. Again, given the profit split with SEGA, how much and when something can hit the bottom line is a question.

I am very interested in the new financing, as I am sure all shareholders are at this point. I commented on this in a previous post. The financing is needed, but could also be VERY dangerous to current shareholders.

One other point. There are a great deal of listing requirements which must be met to join an exchange such as NASDAQ. AGTI is nowhere close to meeting these requirements. I do not remember all of the requiremets, but will try to look them up.

I hope I answered your questions, let me know if I left anything out.
