I tend to agree with you. I wouldn't be surprised to hear of Analog selling off further business units. It may be that they are unable to hire the staff needed to adequately chew everything that could be palatable. Not surprising, since TI and others have been actively recruiting similar talent and are using nice option packages to attract the needed type of high tech talent). I am concerned with this re-focusing. Typically this type activity is done in hind site (i.e. the implication being that they may be having problems meeting analyst estimates). I don't know, but I am concerned.
