Another screwy situation!

There has been so many posts here for the last week I've stayed
away. But this one will really bring out Investors!

What the heck is going on? Someone is not happy!
Trading halted. Denials. Looks like trouble on Monday.
I'm not sure what is going to happen and not sure if I like where
my investment money is!

I'm back to reading 200 posts a day!

Happy investing!
And good Luck!

.....It is very unfortunate that the press release was worded in such an one-sided, and possibly unflattering way to ATXI.

.....The problem with such negotiations is that the "other" party needs a period of time in which to "sell" their shareholders, employees, vendors, customers, etc., etc., etc. Obviously, this press release took away any quiet time, during which they could successfully conclude these internal negotiations.

.....It is possible that this untimely release, worded as it was, may have torpedoed the merger. Egos, on both sides, need the respect of polite negotiation, without being usurped by press releases. Timing is everything.

.....ATXI shareholders could have gotten out, in the past two trading sessions, with a tidy profit. The merger negotiations could fail, and they could buy back their own company for pennies on the dollar.

Hi YoMaMa! I believe ATXI would have a tough time staying on NASDAQ without FAMH.

Before the FAMH rumor started, ATXI stock was trading at about $1.50 and struggling to stay there after ATXI did their reverse split in December.

If ATXI had to reverse split any further, they might fall below the required number of shares in the public float. They only have 1.4 million TOTAL shares outstanding right now.

I think ATXI management is in a pretty weak position right now from a negotiating standpoint.

I think ATXI needs FAMH!

Just my opinion, of course.

Best wishes,
Brad
