Brat oh no now you insulted those fine folks to the north in Milwaukee WS. These people are known as Cheese heads and would be very disappointed to have you call a Chicago Hot dog a Brat. In Shaboygan the use a hamburger bun for the brats and put two short brats on the bun. It is ok to use ketchup and mustard here. Johnsonville Brats is the brand to have.
