Dennis,

Thanks for the info regarding stock's near-term prospects from
"second opinion". I think you don't need to worry about beta because
it was expected to announce CEO after BOD meeting last Tuesday
and the prices were volatile driven by that special event.

As I said in the previous post, the stock will move fast and then slow
down within narrow range in anticipation of Q2 report. There are few
good stocks to choose from within computer group, thus, Apple is pretty
hot this quarter.

Have a good weekend.

Phil

Japan Ready To Open Up $$$ To US Markets IMHO, AAPL may be a beneficiary of the new investment capitol. BY MICHAEL ZIELENZIGER Mercury News Tokyo Bureau TOKYO -- The Japanese people, the world's most prodigious savers, are about to put their $10 trillion portfolio -- fully one-third of the globe's savings -- under new management, and Wall Street and millions of investors may be among the biggest beneficiaries. After April 1, when Japan's enormous pool of savings, pension funds and other capital will be freed from foreign exchange controls and other restrictions, enormous sums of Japanese money seem likely to flood out of this stagnant economy to seek higher returns in the United States and elsewhere.
