Nice post Scott... I think that is very logical.

If all the FAMH investors who speculated on ATXI pulled their shares out, then the high and mighty board at ATXI might reconsider. They probably think their little press release 2 days ago was the reason for this "spike" in buying. Eyeroll.

Well, get ready for about 800 posts this weekend.. ugh. On the bright side we should get on the Hot Topics list. LOL

My take- The 2 co's are in discussions; Ira got ambitious and he made a "promise" to the thread and/or wanted to keep momentum going and jumped the gun. It wouldnt be the 1st time.

Second theory, once the "word" was out about ATXI as the company, Ira got nervous and wanted to announce this so the deal would not fall through. Looks like Little Engine 48, Ira 48. Cool... now we are in Overtime.

Drama,
Mark

TO ALL,
IF YOU READ THE PRESS RELEASE FROM THE BUSINESS WIRE IT STATES "THE LETTER OF INTENT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND AGREED BY FIRAMADA,INC. ONLY AND SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AND WAITING AGREEMENT FROM ATRIX BOARD OF DIRECTORS". IF YOU READ CLOSELY, IT SAYS SIGNED (ONLY) BY FAMH. I THINK THAT FAMH MIGHT HAVE SHOT THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT. ATRIX MIGHT TRY TO PLAY HARDBALL. IF THAT IS THE CASE, I WOULD LET THEM SINK BACK DOWN TO A DOLLAR AND NEGOTIATE AN EVEN BETTER DEAL. THAT CEO MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO READ, PLUS THE HEADLINES WERE NOT EXPLICIT ENOUGH. THE SPIKE WE WERE ANTICIPATING MONDAY WILL UNDOUBTEDLY BE A DIVE UNTIL WE GET THIS SITUATION RECTIFIED. MY OPINION ONLY. I AM STILL LONG ON FAMH AND WILL CONTINUE TO HOLD.

GOOD LUCK!
PAUL J GOURLEY

Thanks Kit, Mark, Skreiger-- Your level headed observations will have a calming effect on the thread (me).

The toga (formerly disheveled)has been pressed and starched, while several aromatic balms and spices, jams, gels, and pomades have been liberally applied--hey it's Friday nite!

Melviticus, at home, no plans though.
