I've been quiet, but to tell you the truth, it isn't like we are all going to take home squat over a lawsuit. If the SEC is the champion of investors like SOME here have said they are, then they will put people under the gun if they have a reason to.
I thought Mr. D was an accountant. Dendro are you an accountant or an attorney?

Ambulance chasing? I think not! Way too fast. It's much easier to hang around grocery stores and wait for slip-and-fall victims.

By the way, I wouldn't offer a legal opinion in this mess. Way too many potential defendants. Besides, all I do is tree and fish law.
