Dear Sibe: The reason given for the delay is that "accountants require more time to review the financial statements". I dont know for sure but generally this means either internal accounting is quite weak and unable to close books and make proper adjustments in a timely manner or external accountants (CPA"S) are wrestling with an accounting treatment such as Revenue Recognition. It's not 10-K. It is NT 10-K (Notification of late filing). I wish they filed 10-K. Ram
