Eddy, I've sent you a private e-mail about the past dealings of the company with Par at the helm. You repeatedly make sly remarks towards Charles making fun of his position concerning Par. If Osicom does come through this mess, the fact won't mean that Par is a great CEO. The success of Osicom relies on the products invented by some of Osicom's bright engineers. Whether Par knew exactly that these new products would come about with all of his acquistions is conjecture. Grant
