I don't mean to imply that it is not his right. I am merely puzzled by his saying that "only love is right". I find loving someone in the Christian sense and having an exclusionary bias against them is inconsistent. If he is saying that love is the ideal, and that he doesn't really love them, because he couldn't have them work in his home, that's his business.

X, I agree with you, and that is what I was referring to a long time ago. Emotions were high at the time, and I didn't expand in more detail on my thoughts.

Plus, I resent the idea of another goverment form to fill out. I believe it is the Dept of HUD, or maybe the EEOC which oversees real estate transactions in the context of ensuring compliance with those laws barring discrimination of housing to minorities. I have clients who build houses as general contractors, building homes on speculation, and building custom homes for clients as well. As part of my job, I track every customer's name and job info, and so I know from the names that that racial "minorities" are a big part of my customers' clientele. Yet my customers are required PROVE via government forms that they are not discriminating.

I don't think my customers resent the task, and they certainly are only too happy to sell to whoever wants to buy. Unfortunately, laws have to be enacted and forms regularly required when there are abuses and discrimination. Still, it's plainly obvious from the customer list that they don't discriminate. They don't discriminate against anyone. But the government requires voluminous forms anyway.
