I don't have time to go through the whole thread but let me put in my 2 bits: 1. The shareholders of ATXI get to decide whether a merger will happen. 2. By performing the way it has, the shareholders of ATXI can see that they will at least DOUBLE their sharevalue by doing this deal. 3. IRA has set up the whole deal to FORCE AXTI's hand. 4. I predict ATXI will TANK on Monday and the shareholders will force the sale of the company to FAMH has proposed by Ira. Incredible maneuver from what I can see.
