Perhaps that's the problem, there really hasn't been any good news released as of yet. It has all been released on speculation only. It is my opinion that AWLT will not be able to file and become a fully reporting company if it continues to drag it's heels. Pardon my bluntness here but, all we are being fed are promises of this and promises of that. Since I have gotten myself involved in this stock, that is all I have heard, with no real results. I have tried to maintain a positive attitude about this company and will not continue to post here because I don't want to get into the types of discussions that go on in these threads...... Just had to get this off my chest . Heck, I've paid the price to be angry... At least now I am wiser and will stay away from BB stocks.... Have a good night all and I sincerely wish you the best with this company.....

Matt, I've noticed on a couple of posts from SLIM that he is hoping for the Danielle Cheese deal to be completed. The impression I got from the release is that "it has been acquired". What is the actual status of this deal?? Is it a done deal or is it just not official until our audit is complete??

"NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 1998--Araldica Wineries Ltd. announced today that it has acquired Danielle Cheese Distributors Inc. of Goshen, New York; this is the company's third acquisition in recent months.

The Danielle company, now in its 20th year, is being purchased for $1,800,000 in cash, notes and stock from Jon L. Swan, the
chairman of Swan Industries, Coraopolis, Pa., who will be joining the board of directors of Araldica. This acquisition will
approximately triple the size of Araldica, from its current $3+ million (sales) to approximately $10 million (sales)."

One paragraph states "has acquired" the next says "is being purchased" just trying to clarify where we are in the process.

Thanks, JOE

Matthew, Hi. Was hoping to hear from you. Positive news could help the share price. Check recent news FAMH or SMCH .All they talk about is improving sales and their stock heads north. They make no comment about audited earnings, just improving sales. Why not send a more positive note to shareholders with an announcement that AWLT will start a share buyback program. That would really improve investor confidence and AWLT could use the shares to purchase additional wine outlets at a higher price per share down the road. Did you have time to check news on CARV?. They bought an existing website cheap to add their own products to those being sold at that sight. Immediate increase in sales for them. What a great way for them to grow their company. With many ways to get things going at AWLT we are just looking for some good news..
