Here's what Tom did say, Gary, that jp refers to. I hope we WILL see some press releases in due time. I'm just glad to see some updates by Tom on this board again. I hope we don't run him off...

Hi all,
I promised a trip to the courts and the new office, well I am a week late but made it there today.

The court where the Jackson case was filed only had a Proof of service added since I was there last. It was dated Feb 9 and the service was Jan 23. Jackson was not personally served but, as it says on the filing, "Person apparently in charge of business" at the Beverly Hills address. A mailed copy was also sent. No mention of any papers served Katherine Jackson, who is also named in the suit. My understanding is that they would then have 60 days (last day being March 23) to respond to the court. No response was on file yet. Also no filing of a default judgement on our part. I am probably too early and will check again in a few weeks.

It was then on to the BK court. Here I struck out because the volume (12) was not on the shelf to see. Meaning it was pulled by the court for some reason or maybe to file some papers in. I just don't know and the clerk could not help me. I did look in their computer but still no record of any final papers filed. Now TMm's attorney has 21 days prior to the court hearing to file those papers so since the court is April 22 they have until April 2 to do so. I will check again after April 2.

My last stop was the address Tom Simpson gave me where he said Chili and his brother were working on TruDef. The building is in an older section of Santa Monica. It was a small professional building in a business district with a security door (key) entry or buzzer. There was no mention of TMM on the directory outside nor a listing for suite 202. A gentleman was exiting the building and was gracious enough to let me in and show me upstairs to suite 202. Door to 202 was locked and no sign of TMM anywhere. The mail box downstairs also had no mention of TMM. This is very disturbing to me because the State of California requires a business in this state to have a physical address. I hope Tom can clearify this before it hurts us. Or atleast put our name on the mailbox.

I'm rather tired and will leave my comments for later.
