Don't see a breakout without volume. Volume has been decreasing lately, although the price seems to be holding in spite of it. If breakout does occur see resistance at 10.5 due to fact that it met resistance there 1st OCT 97 and again in Dec.

Sorry, I have no references for what I think, and I wouldn't know where to lead you to for learning more about anything specific. Perhaps there are TA threads on S.I. that will have your answers.
