You are the stockholders. You want SEC filings? Then stay tuned. Whoa, Bootz. Where's Clemenza, franco, Barzini, Sonny , Michael and Freudo? I'd join in but my ancestors, though they settled on an island in the Med, settled on an island off the coast of Greece. With all due respect, sure, stockholders can certainly petition to get the 10 filed but the management is the ultimate driver. For whatever reason, a certain diligent, cautious approach is being taken and, like it or not, we have to let it play out...since I don't think we can come up with enough votes to put a new board in(run by KZ of course). Remembe, my post about how once the IPO is done and cashflow is adequate, a company's stock price is pretty much irrelevant to the success of its business. Really, think for a moment. Mike, KZ and I start a company, we go public, issue a bunch of shares, acquire four ops, run the whole thing out of KZs home office. Cashflow is enough to keep us going, the three of us are drawing salaries, and we're out marketing and growing the business...slowly. Meanwhile, the shareholders are calling, complaining cause we're not registered with the SEC. We say that we're proceeding in due course. Shareholders will do what? I mean, we're nice guys, so we want to be responsive to shareholder concerns, but it really doesn't matter. Does it? I mean, it's not like KZ comes back and tells Mike and me that he lost a construction job cause the client said our stock price was too low. As I once said long ago, no homeowner is gonna not take a 125 mtge cause our stock price is down; Joe's BBQ ain't gonna stop dumping his chicken fat in the Enviro well because the stock price is down. See what I mean? Different agendas people. Face it, the companies that worry about stock price are often the ones who need it high so they can dilute into it to pay the bills(just like stock traders who do it for a living) or who want to acquire more companies. WCOM, yea, Bernie worries about stock price. But Coco has four quality operations going, they want to keep them going, and if we don't like the pace their taking, they can just say AMF(that's Adios My Friend or pick your choice). I'm not taking the corporate side, I'm just trying to show you all where they are coming from. TG
