Confidential memo to all FBN executives:

Well, gang. It's finally going to happen. All these hard working months of preparation are finally coming to an end.

To ensure a smooth introduction, I'd like us all to be aware of the what the rest of the team is doing. So, I'm compiling all the responsibilities on this one memo.

Marketing: Kevin, please ensure that the media is prepared for the blitz. The press releases have been reviewed and OK'd by the lawyers. I'm not sure if the major networks will have live coverage. It depends on what newsworthy events take place this weekend, I think.

Investor Relations: Norma, please ensure that the news conference host site has sufficient copies of the prospectus and the product announcement. I understand the demo CD's should be ready tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. I know that's cutting it close, but the duplicator assured me they would be ready.

Development: Jeff, you know what to do here. Make sure that the demonstration PC is set up properly and ready to go. The last thing we want to do is fail because of insufficient room on the hard disk, or some other silly oversight. I trust you have made the wording changes to the final portion of the demo. We don't want to sound too cocky about our new product.

Mail Room: Svejk ... prepare yourself and the temporary help we hired to handle the hundreds of requests we're expecting to receive for the prospectus and the demo CD's.

As for me, I'm going to take a much needed weekend away from the madness. We'll be camping out up near the Grand Canyon, away from phones, faxes, and eager investors.

You all know I've been meeting with investors from around the world. I'm happy to report that enthusiasm is very high. If the kickoff goes as well as I'm hoping, FBN should be a household name by the end of next week. Monday and Tuesday will be filled with more investor group meetings overseas, and I'll be meeting with Janice from the Underwriters in Paris late Tuesday evening.

Thanks to the Marketing department for building that fantastic Multi-Media presentation. Everybody loves it!

That's it for now, folks. Hang in there for another few days. If you absolutely MUST contact me this weekend, Alice knows where I'll be. But, it better be really important.

And, remember ... keep this confidential. No leaks to family or friends!

Regards,

TED
