GC, I had never heard of them until Joe mentioned them to me. He also felt they were a 1st class firm and was very pleased with their results so far. I'm sure they will get a pretty penny out of this deal but Joe said they were well worth it. They will also handle the sale of DCI. I guess the LA office does quite a bit of business with the film industry and they were impressed with DCI's film library. The other thing I like about them is that they are structuring the acquisitions with leveraged money so Joe will not have to issue a lot of stock. Best Regards
