Gary to be honest I think it would be great if A) Ira calls off the merger publicly in a press release Monday AM before the bell. ATXI will tank.. B) If people here could be trusted, all the people who ran off to buy ATXI shares on the rumours should sell their shares at the market open, all at once. ATXI tanks.. and suddenly ATXI shareholders and management go.. wait a second, umm maybe that deal isnt so bad anymore. ATXI is losing its damn listing.. and now its playing hardball? Anyways just some scenarios to cause trouble =) In a way, its not ATXI's fault really if they are just in preliminary talks. Buckeye is right, the suppliers, customers etc of ATXI were caught off hand by this, which wasnt fair in a way either. Oh well, will be a learning experience... Mark
