Larry,

Worked today, so didn't have access to what happened intraday. The compilation I have (and this does NOT include last 15 minutes of trading) shows 58 trades at 1 1/8, 13 trades @ 1 3/32 and 1 trade @ 1 7/64. Some of these trades could have been lumped together, but the overall ratio is probably reasonably accurate.

What this tells me is that someone is sitting on the ask, willing to feed in all that buyers are willing to take at 1 1/8. One guess who that might be. Until that $6MM worth of shares is sold off, todays action shows that TTRIF won't rise until that overhang is gone--or unless they back off for awhile. Seems to me that without the Reg D selling, this news should have caused at least a little pop in price. We'll see if TTRIF can move up Monday when more people have seen that PR--or if the Reg D selling will still keep a lid on the price. Closing bid X ask was 14 X 100 For others that don't know what this is, it is buyers willing to buy 1400 shares at 1 3/32 vs. 10,000 shares for sale at 1 1/8--bearish at that point in time.

Just trying to analyze trading seems to indicate there is a substantial number of buyers willing to bet the bottom is here. Maybe so, but IMO, TTRIF still has to break out of the downtrend it's been in.

Regards,
Gary
