My comment to Moody's B3 (or BBB) PSIX bond rating:

For those who may not know how to judge the investment quality of corporate bonds, the following is a simplified summary:

There are 9 levels of ratings (from high quality to low quality):
AAA - Highest quality
AA - Superior quality
A - Medium grade (good quality)
BBB - Medium grade (good quality with some risk)
BB - Lower medium grade
B - Medium speculative
CCC - Highly speculative
CC - Securities with interest/principal problems
C - Securities with serious problems

AAA, AA, A ratings are only given to those established companies with long history and in good business standing. For a growing company which has never made profit, BBB is the highest rating the company can get. Therefore, I view Moody's rating on PSIX's new bond is a very positive one.

Any comments?
