Alan, I'm not sure that the earnings announcement will be the real test as they already said they will lose 10-25 M$$. It would be significant if they lost > than that. I wouldn't count on < than that. I don't think we are going to see any major movements in the stock price until they display the new paradigm. I think the annual meeting is the key. It may be their dog and pony show. I don't think we'll ever know what happened at the board meetings so your guess is as good or bad as mine. SR
