Here's an outline for Monday's press release: " Firamada regrets that the management of Altrix declined to constructively support the negotiations for a proposed merger between Altrix and Firamada, as had been agreed to in principal by both parties, in Altrix CEO Riedel's press release of March 27, 1998. As a consequence of the disavowal, Firamada has entered into negotiations with other possible merger candidates with more attractive financials and positive motivation for the consumation of a merger .
