Hi YoMarkoBuddy! :-) You would be surprised how deals get started. In this case, while I don't have specifics, my understanding from several sources is that this deal was presented to FAMH. Who knows, FAMH is in a "hot" industry. Maybe FAMH got noticed in one of those IBD or BARRON'S releases. Of course, even the internet is open to the public. And this thread has been "hot" lately, too! One way or another, I am convinced this deal was presented to FAMH. Best wishes, Brad
