MAST a buy?

MAST has been going straight down the tubes recently, more so than other y2k companies. Seems there has been alot of insider selling. This is seen in the context of earnings failures at PTUS and TSRI.

Frankly, insider selling with the price going up is ambiguous. In fact, insider selling is much more common than insider buying (on the open market). Insider selling can be for many reasons, insider buying with personal funds can mean only one thing.

My take is that MAST insiders are doing what any insider does after a big run up in stock price: They sell some of their shares. So what? I am getting back into MAST next week.
