Does anyone know what kind of equipment Sun Micro uses to build its processors?
I vaguely remember a news release in which the company introduced its 600 MHz chip a few months ago.

James: Is there a simple explanation of why i-line extension to 0.25um DRAM is easier than to 0.25um logic ICs? Thanks----jtj

James,

RE:Also, I remember last year Cymer was limiting it's list to customers with systems in production.

That's not the case. The end-user customer list has always contained companies that are using the laser regardless of production/pilot line. If you look at the '96 list, you'll see many companies that were not in production with DUV during that time frame.
