Legal and ethical are two different issues. Simply put, while it may be legal for certain types of actions, those actions may not stand the scrutiny of a higher plain, i.e. ethics. That is why many professional associates have a Code of Ethics. Off the soapbox, I don't feel it wrong, illegal, or unethical to ask the questions. It's important to respect another's right not to respond and protect them if they do respond. Look for daytraders to return on Monday.
