Johnny,
It's not being tenacious it's trying to get facts for the shareholders. We all know the company refused our request for representation even now with close to 20M share proxy. They refused us twice a shareholder's meeting even with an attorney to do it legally, they were able to get around it. Arnie remembers this. They promised a meeting. Then when it came right down to it they claimed they did not have the resources for us. We then requested to see the books, which according to our company's by-laws we have a right. Unfortunately when we got there the books happened to be in Vancouver. Why? Who knows! And in order to hear what the company had to say we need to sign a non-disclosure. BTW, I can't remember what I was not to disclose. :-)

So Johnny, this bloodhound will continue to do his work even if it is not with the company's blessing!

Larry
