Welcome to Ask God

or
Hello DCF.

I don't mean to interrupt your discussion with Mark, but I think I should point out to you a small thing here. Mark is an unbeliever ,apparently, I am not sure. He certainly doesn't like Tammy Faye anyways, heheheh.
You start off really good DCF, then right about here

<Mark, there are many "religions","sects",in this world that have,IMO, nothing in common with what God desires.>

You then immediately launch into "satanism", real smart, Mark is impressed. I am sure that he has recently lost a small pet and this clears it all up for him.
We are here to Ask God, not tell Mark how we think other people don't do what God desires. It should be possible for you to do this without quoting scripture, remember, Mark doesn't believe in your scriptures as a truth, he is here to Ask God.

Dear Father
Should people ask you questions or just read a book ?
Do you think DCF cuts his lawn on Sundays, I bet he does ?
When Jane accused Emile of being a heretic, is that grumbling ?
When DCF and Shalom spout scripture at Mark, is that keeping a tight rein on their tongues ?
Will Mark buy DCF's scripture or will DCF have to dust Mark of his feet ?
Will Graystone turn to dust ?
Will Mark turn to dust ?
Will DCF turn to dust ?
Is it possible for people to avoid being turned to dust ?
What is this dust anyways ?
Do you suppose this dust could be dust ?

Mark, I am sorry I even answered Graystone now. You say you learn from Graystone. I say I learn nothing but strife from him. ok we will agree to disagree on that point.

It seems that I ask you many questions. You ask none. But you say you learn from here or there, or from inside from your heart. I too, learn from with-in. I learn from the Holy Spirit which lives in me.It teaches me things that I would not know otherwise.

Sort of like a stop sign. When driving down the road, if I stop when my eyes tell my brain that there is a stop sign, then all have accomplished their task. ( eyes, brain, leg, foot). If my thoughts at that time think "no way am I gonna stop for this stop sign," then what?

But how did I know what a stop sign was? When I took my drivers training, did I use Ladies Home Journal to study up on stop signs? Was I intelligent enough in my own thinking to just KNOW?

I don't have to play games with you, you are probably more educated than I. You know that I am telling you that I get my direction from the bible which is the sword of the Spirit, and also because Jesus came to this earth, lived as a man, died as The King, and is raised to be the propitiation of sin, AND WAS SEEN BY MANY WITNESSES before HIS ascension;he promised to send the Helper.

Now when you answer, I have no doubt that Graystone will accept your post and not mine because I mentioned the Word here. hhmmmmm

Talk to you Monday. Thanks

dcf

Okay, I am getting back to your questions.

<<You said: ''Religions where its practitioners engage their religion with great sincerity and purpose.''>>

<<Mark, there are many "religions","sects",in this world that have,IMO, nothing in common with what God desires. Even some of them are very earnest in "worshipping" satan and "love" him much.>>

I also remember qualifying those religions as love-based rleigions.
I have been on record numerous times as saying that god is the embodiment of love and compassion.

<< read this: WHERE THERE IS LIFE THERE IS MOTION. As a physical being, you have movement to sustain life, do whatever. It is no different with your spiritual being. It should be "moving" to show its life.So what is the "purpose". Is it just ackle,herky-jerky,Church of Whats Happening Now,My Mindset Movers and Shakers Congregation? >>

I am not sure what you meant by this, but if you are talking about motion, motion can also be described as forward movement. IMO, my belief system is the current state of the evolution of spirituality.

<<Mark, as you see, I believe that if I am to be "religious" I must.

1. Have a True and Living God
2. Have a living Sacrifice to atone for me. note(LIVING)
3. Have a moving Spirit
4. Accept in faith the "plan" put forth for me.
5. Have a directional purpose to please the God and King who gave me all of the above.>>

1. to me, god as the emodiment of love and compassion is true and living. LOving all regardless of creed, color, denomination, and geopgraphical boundary strikes me as more true of a living god.

2. I dont need the living part, and i dont see where god needs to sacrifice anything for me.

3. Nothing moves more than love

4. I can accept that

5. I can accept that also.

DCF, as I have said before, our beliefs our similar in many ways. the difference is that I believe that Gods Love is meant for all, regardless of their belief system.

Mark
