Cheryl,

I concur. I feel somewhat confident that this whole thing can be
salvaged but there will be a cost. Atrix may just feel like they
should have had an opportunity to notify their shareholders before
the announcement was sprang on them by another company. And, they
released the rebuttal as a means to save face and appease their shareholders. Who knows for sure.
But, this needs to be resolved quick or the
shareholders on both sides are going lose a sweet deal. The
BLOODSUCKING MM's are going to have a field day with nervous
shareholders. My advice, not knowing anymore than we do, is to
hold tight if you have the financial ability and intestinal
fortitude to do so.

Kevin

This is the way I see it even though I could be wrong (I have been before)and hind sight can be 20/20 but I'll give it a shot:

1. Ira gives shareholders enough info on target Co. to figure out which one it is without actualy stating name.
2. lurkers and shareholders buy ATXI on speculation.
3. ATXI price moves up.
4. Long ATXI shareholders waiting to get out find now is a good time to take profits and move on.
5. ATXI have new, higher price to renegotiate
6. premature press release put out by FAMH is shot down by ATXI pending further talks.
7. FAMH shareholders who speculated on ATXI, see that deal is in distress, take profits and re-invest in FAMH.
8. FAMH share price remains constant in all the chaos.
9. ATXI shareprice tanks at or below $1.
10.ATXI has no choice but to accept offer.
LOOKS GOOD TO ME!

This statement is IMHO and contains foreward looking statements and in no way represent the views of FAMH's ownership, management, or staff and should be used for entertainment purposes ONLY!
Don't you just love disclaimers!
