Whew!! Jeff, I will address some of your complaints. * Why send someone to the web site (it is out of date) this is your opinion. I found a great deal of information there myself. My reason? I know if I can get people to go to the web site and begin to research, they will realize the possibilities of this company for themselves. But, more importantly, if they like the concept and are really serious about investing in Largo Vista, they will also contact the company for updated information. I have communicated with you many times in an effort to encourage you and explain what was happening within the company and why things were taking much longer than anyone ever dreamed. I accomplished nothing but wasting my valuable time. You are narrow minded and see no one's point of view but your own. * You say the web site numbers etc. appear childish. I did not find that to be the case. If you could do better, perhaps instead of belittling those who are making an effort to communicate with the shareholders, you should have offered a hand to the company. I doubt they would refuse to accept the assistance of a true "expert." You state that you "KNOW" everything anyone could know about the company, without working there. Oh, really! Did you traveled to California and examine the contracts and licenses that Largo has obtained? These by the way are mandatory to do business in China. They also took one hell of a long time to get them from the Chinese Government I might add. Have you examined the dates those documents were drafted? Have you traveled to China to visit Xinmao Petrochemical? I don't believe you have done any of this? So, to say you "know" everything about the company is really quite and untrue statement. All of this information is freely shared with any shareholder who is willing to take the time to visit our company in person. Sorry, but I flat do not believe anything you have to say. Anyone, who will lie about one thing will lie about many things. To rant, rave and flame others calling them liars surely displays a degree of instability on your part. You speak with a forked tongue. You say, you think the company has "possibilities." You could not remotely believe it or you would not have gone out of your way to tare down and discredit the efforts of our company president and other shareholders, namely, myself. I can assure you sir, I have not lied to anyone on this thread. I have nothing to gain by doing so. I have contact with many other shareholders who like yourself have been invested in Largo for sometime. Some of them longer than you I might add. They, invested sanely and wisely with belief in what Largo Vista was doing. They still believe and realize that our company is on the verge of breaking through for the shareholders by defining the company and it's business operations in china. It has been a long time coming; that is no secret, but it is coming. If you can't hold on for a month longer (if it were to take that long) and I don't think it will, then you, sir, have a real problem. I have held on to companies that I have invested for much longer than 2 or 3 years and have been handsomely rewarded for my efforts. But, at no time did I, or would I, ever throw a tantrum and make a public ass out of myself. Strong words,Jeff, but you got it coming, in my opinion. * If you care to post REAL due diligence that you have taken time to research and prove; we would all be interested in what you have to say, even if it is negative or casts a bad shadow on the company. We are all here in the interest of truth and to learn. But, in the interests of fairness lets keep it factual and refrain from calling others liars. Let's conduct ourselves as rational adults. However, speaking for myself till then I would not waste my time reading anything more you have to say, let alone believe it. * To all shareholders: I apologize to you, but there is no way I can standby and allow this person to crucify our president Daniel Mendez, when he is doing all in his power to accomplish what has to be done to move Largo Vista forward. We also must realize Dan, is just one party involved in making the business grow; there are others, whose ideas and opinions come into play. * Jeff, if you have a bitch with Dan, be a man and go to California and discuss it with him in person;at least he would be able to defend himself with facts. JMO, and you all can file in the FWIW department, but Jeff, you owe this thread an apology for coming unglued and spewing your hate and crap. Dusty *

Jeff, What is going on? What has changed since you began investing in this company? Did you know that this company just completed its first year as a unified team with Largo Vista? Dan is still running the show under Deng. They have done incredible things in one complete year!! Dan knows my stance, I want to see revised numbers as bad as you do. Who would not like to see them......? Jeff, look at the big picture, You own a much bigger company now than you did when you bought on the average!! I know why you bought this company, we have privately talked about it. Can I ask you a question? What has changed so much since you bought? Nothing except accomplishments that are unthinkable to the investment world concerning a tap like Largo Vista has obtained!! Jeff you bought long term and you will be rewarded, We are all in this togeather!! Remember, you will look back and laugh at yourself for your feelings because they will look so trival!! You are human, you are allowed to blow every now and then, but remember that we all bought for the same reason and we are going to get the stock to your level and we as a team are going to push this one to up, up and away. Give me a buzz, Us old time holders have to stick togeather and be strong!!
