Hi Darryl,
There has been a lot of talk about illegal shorting of penny stocks and that may be happening to NAMX. Ordering the certificate into your hands prevents any shorter from borrowing your shares from your broker to use in shorting the stock. I don't know the exact mechanics. Read this article, it about illegal shorting. It is reported that around 9 million shares have been taken out of brokers hands by NAMX investor's which shrinks the float and can cause a short squeeze as we keep calling our certs. You can still sell at any time by giving your broker the cusip # off your certificate, broker then can sell your shares immediately and then send the cert in to him. Welcome aboard.
