Hi Jane,

You say: "But FAMH has always done what it says it will do so I am not worried."

Does this include divulging audited financials ? Does this include making the distinction between telling investors that a deal is done and the other company publicly stating they've merely been contacted by individuals claiming to represent FAMH ?

I'd take DFNL with their lawsuit situation over FAMH anyday. Of course, my big concern with DFNL is does MDCE have a basis for going after the rights (or earnings) of DFNL's film library ? I wonder if TM or Joe C. can answer that for us. If not, then DFNL looks like it has potential. The lawsuits thus far are just on the Anderson's. I'm wondering if there will be a round 2 where MDCE makes claims to get DFNL's profits.

Regards,
Chris
