<I have no problem with that news. The CEO now has a nice incentive to make sure those options will be in the money 12+ hence, i.e >$1.85. I love it!>.....My interpretation of incentive would be to set the stock options at $3.50. They are not putting up the risk capital, WE ARE!!!!!! Besides if the stock falls to $.25, the options will be repriced.......or haven't you noticed what is happening in the junior mining sector, a good read being the Winspear thread. Good investing, Rick
