KL, As to why we could not have done this 6 months or a year ago, I believe you will have to ask Joe that. I can only offer an opinion. A year ago DCI did not have a whole lot of assets outside of Muller Media. DCI's biggest asset was Joe Murphy and his determination. The revenue from Muller Media gave him the time to make contacts and acquire CardCall. A few other divisions were also acquired but were discarded because they did not perform. A year ago I'm not sure Joe knew exactly what direction the company was headed. Most of us who have been with DCI for the last 2 years invested because of Joe himself. Best Regards
