MDCE is a dark stock ,, the story ,, management ,, stock performance,,MMs spread,, their so call lawsuit to Andersons, which has nothing to do with DFNL..
One should judge the extent of the library ,, the experience behind the management and the existing business, when making a choice,, DFNL has contracts,, TV stations to channel their resources,, as I was told Andersons were in this business for 22 years and ceo of MDCE was hired as a consultant for DFNL and some how ended up DFNLs resources or know how,, the story which I am not qualified to judge not having been involved,,..
From my perspective,, return for my money ,DFNL has a better chance of a bang,, if you remember we found DFNL at ,24 and with their SEC reporting compliance,, new contracts and expanding film footage library,, gave a rapid appreciation to .94 and you could see that there were genuine investors out there besides us here on SI ,,
as in any stock ,,a normal stock should increase in equity with volume and streamed lined buying .. when I see MDCE trading 1.5 million shares and price staying same or in fact going down even a penny ,,since we are talking about penny stocks ,,, an alarm goes off.
MDCE has been promoted to death by penny stock news letters , who claims they discovered BAAT ,,when in fact I have been in BAAT since June of 97 with Dr. Kanak aka JKANAK and one night in January ,, Steve and I was web cruising and revisited BAAT site as a joke for this dog stock which I owned at .18 was trading at .07 .. and saw that they were running a test run .. and saw the implication on what this run will do for BAAT ,, I called CEO and after having confirmed ,,I told my members to buy ,, it closed .09 on previous Friday and it gapped open at .14 on Monday .. where our investment club got in ...taking profit all the way up to 3 1/2,,, just after having found AETTQ at .04 and took it up to .50 ,,a company with 1/2 bill revenue coming out of ch 11...
Now Damex claims they found it ,, Undervalued news letter claims they found it ,,,,Jonathan Lebed claims he found it ,,in fact he got in at .28 because I told him to get in, while teaching him what 144 was ,,reg -s was ,,, so did DavidG and all other SI payers..
Well MDCE has been promoted by same news letters and same people
and I don't see going any where but down ,,
My money is right here from .24 and its going to stay ,, just like DGIV which I found at .19 cents.. every one is real happy with that..
We will see at the end of the story ,, I will take some profit at 1 1/2...
