Hello Scott, First of all, I'd like to clear up my first message to say that I don't know of any past dealings of Osicom except for the one's located in the 10-Ks and mostly detailed by Craig a few months back. I have no idea if Par or Osicom messed up with these dealings, all that I know is that some of them look a little fishy. I believe that this "fishiness" is what Bearon's and other publications used to make a story. In fact, I believe Par is on the up and up. There is even a small chance that he is just a victim of a short conspiracy. I don't want to spread any rumors or innuendo to the contrary. I just believe that Osicom may be perceived wrongly due to these past dealings and people don't take the company seriosly as an investment. Otherwise, I agree totally with your post Scott. Excellent analysis. BTW, I'm now finding out how quickly the Osicom boards turn against you when you bring up something not so positive about the company (not you Scott). These boards are for information gathering, not solely hyping. Grant
