Mr. Mark Silvers:

I am a long time Naxos shareholder (probably much longer than you). I like reading but not writing on the internet. I particularly like reading Tom Frederick, Jerard Pearson, Henry V., SH, SK, JLA, Stoopid, SER, and you. I decided not to remain silent in the face of your attacks against Fred Arkoosh. I find it unusual that you attack Mr. Arkoosh but find no fault with anyone else at Naxos. Why do you dislike Mr. Arkoosh so much? Is it a personal problem between you and him? Or is there something wrong that he did that we should know about? I am simply trying to find out your motives for attacking Mr. Arkoosh. This is very strange since Mr. Arkoosh is the only one who has done nothing but help Naxos. We are slowly finding out things about other members of the board that are troublesome. I don't believe Sid Kemp should be leading Naxos at this time because of the conflict of interest that SK uncovered. Additionally, I'd like the questions raised by SK answered. Maybe you can help us all out in that. These matters are serious. Naxos is very strong with a few exceptions. We all agree that we need new blood. I believe Fred Arkoosh or one of the other board members who does not have any conflict of interest should take over until we find the new blood.

We are on the right track, the price has been going up almost every day recently and it should be getting stronger. We don't need problems like those that Mr. Kemp has to interfere with our current momentum.
