To all DEC shareholders what are you going to do with your proceeds from the sale of your company to Compaq? I am a CPQ shareholder and new to this thread so you may have already answered this question.

Approx 10% of CPQ stock will be issued to you and enough cash to buy another 10%. Are you go to sell or double up? IMO this will have an enormous affect on the price of CPQ when the sale is concluded.
