Casey, you're 100% correct.

I believe this stock will explode come may.

Investor's Digest has predicted a target price of $2.50 by mid-spring.

Put your NRT share in the vault and leave them there.

Patience will PAY off

Casey,

I agree with you. I want the CEO to have a big reward factor, it makes them perform. The fact that the CEO has an option package $.05 below the all time high price of the stock is okay with me. All things considered, Mr. Reider has accepted a relatively small option package for a man of his stature. Not to mention the fact that his options are the most expensive in the company.

Fundamentally Nortran has great long term value, Mr Reider has just confirmed that for us.

I think it might be time to average up my position, we could have a very exciting week ahead.

<BTW, tell me about a company that has issued stock options above the market price at time of issue.>

Range Petroleum Corporation RAN
Shares issued 11,539,821 Mar 27 close $1.45
Mon 30 Mar 98 News Release
Mr Craig Steinke reports
Range Petroleum has entered into a drilling option agreement with Renata
Resources covering Range's 100% working interest lands in the Trossachs
(Midale) area of southeastern Saskatchewan.
Renata et al will drill the well Renata DBM Abbott 4-24-7-17 W2M to a
minimum depth sufficient to penetrate the Ordovician formation estimated
2,500m subsurface. The Renata DBM well directly offsets Range's 100% held
sections 13 and 14, which form part of the company's 3,520 gross (2,720
net) acre leasehold block in this area. Range has granted to Renata et al
continuous roll-along drilling options on the entire 3,520 acre block. The
first option well, if drilled, would commence no later than 120 days
following rig release date on the Renata 4-24 test well. Subsequent option
wells would be drilled at not greater than 90 day intervals.
Renata has licenced the 4-24 test well as 2,800m Deadwood test. Drilling
commenced on March 18 1998. Further information on Renata's test well will
be restricted due to the tight-hole status designated by the operator.
The company has added Mark Hadley, M.Sc Geol, to its exploration team. Mr
Hadley specializes in Devonian carbonate reservoirs and has generated and
drilled multiple Nisku, Swan Hills, Leduc and Wabamun projects.
The company is granting Mr Hadley 100,000 employee incentive stock options
exercisable at $1.69, expiring March 25 2003.
