Jin, in regards to your following shouted comment:

<<<<ATXI DOES NOT HAVE THE REVENUE BASE TO REMAIN LISTED ON THE EXCHANGE. Answer that one, and show me the proof, and the nasdaq rule that would allow them to stay listed.>>>>

I don't know what you mean by "revenue base".... I do see the following requirement, perhaps this is what you meant?

"Continued listing: Net tangible assets of $2 million, or Market Capitalization of $35 million or Net income (in latest fiscal year or 2 of last 3 fiscal years) of $500,000."

The latest available balance sheet for ATXI can be found at:
sec.gov

That shows assets of $3.8 million. So... that certainly qualifies.

There's your proof.

Jin, since I am fairly new to this penny game I am a little concerned about the basis for our belief in the profit claims of FAMH. If it's true that they don't have any audited financials, is there any alternative means of determining that the eps claims are valid?

Re: my earlier message and bad experience on NETZ I am a little concerned about taking everything Ira says at "face value".... What in your opinion is the strongest "pro" that offsets any profitability concerns that you may have?

Thanks
