IMHO key positives are being undervalued: -chips are being used in higher volumes and more places every day -equipment order delays to date mean more business in the future -gaining market share overcomes dwindling market and improves competitive position -IBM's copper process and FAB services will require process improvements by those who want to stay in business -new fabs and increased production don't have to be in SEA. Hope I am unduly optimistic. Scott
