Chris, you are quite right I do post on the NDN thread. I run a group called "The Break of Dawn". Now as for your comments about insider trading, I do check the BCSC insider trading reports, I have commented on the activity shown there re: NDN in the past, and I have sent out the trading reports to my distribution group. I am not sure as to whether or not I have ever actually posted the report on the thread, I don't duplicate everything that I send out to the group. I have discussed both the positives and negatives of those actions. I have in no way always remained a supporter of the stock, just a follower. By the way in the current version there does not show any NDN insider trading.

For your information, I do still hold a position. If you follow my postings there you already know that I post both the positive and negative news/events. I have always attempted to keep my postings to info, NOT hype. Postings about good news does have more frequency than bad, not because all the news is good, but because the bad news has often been just that nothing is happening, so there is nothing to post. The followers of NDN have regularly been openly thankful, both of my coverage and my "don't hype it" approach to coverage. Keep in mind, I am not now and never have been paid, in any way, for my coverage of NDN (or any other stock for that matter).

With regards to GC's promo of Fairmile and the pump and dump game played with this one, I am not suggesting that he had no part in it's varied runs, nor am I suggesting that everything was done on the up and up, by everyone involved. I was suggesting that a lot of people were doing a lot of yacking without taking any responsibility for their own decision. Not everyone, but enough.

Salut,
Leigh McBain

By the way, you have not seen me "spouting off about not selling" on the NDN thread. If you go back and read my postings you will find that I have always suggested that people need to decide for themselves if it was time to sell, either to simply cut there losses or because they felt they had better options or for tax purposes or whatever. I try to keep people informed of activity, but to sell or not is their choice.

Salut,

PS - Sorry everyone for the deviation from the Fairmile theme for the last couple of posts.

Chris,

A million thanks for posting a very revealing post to be sure. It was TRUTH well stated!

I have been a victim in the past of the touters, pump and dumpers and the whole nine yards. In the past year I have worked very hard to learn all I can about the market and the scum that permeates it. I have set much different standards by which I select my investments. For one, I am no longer taking anyone's word for anything! I am doing my own research. If it is not filing with the SEC and does not show excellent prospects I pass over it and move on. I will never get involved with any company that has more than say 35 million shares in the float. This has helped a great deal in narrowing down better choices. I use other criteria as well but will not go into all of it here.

Chris, especially appreciated your sincere approach and honesty. What a breath of fresh air. I have watched everything you mentioned take place and it is heart wrenching to see people loose hard earned money.

Keep up the good work of exposing any and all who involve themselves in shading scams against the unsuspecting (newbie) investors.

Dusty
