I know how the splits work.
What i was getting at will the announce the merger and the planned reverse at the same time.It is my {opinion} that people not holding large volumes of shares tend to bail out with that kind of news .Thus driving the price way down.{just my opinion}!!!

I think it's quite possible. Remember the Shareholder Consent form we were asked to sign 4 or 5 months ago, and fax back to CVIA? If anyone has a copy, please post. We (the majority shareholders) approved the merger, along with any steps necessary, which IMHO may or may not include reverse split (shares authorized already increased to 150M). My point is, we may not have to vote on it. What do you folks think?
