Indeed, cost control has been key to Creative's turnaround as well as its bursting cash balance. "They'll say I want to do this, this, this. I'll say fine, but if you want to do it like an entrepreneur, you'll have to do it very lean. If you want to do a lot of things with very few resources, sure!" I sure hope this notion of doing all things on the Cheap does not become a bunker mentality that results in CREAF missing opportunities because the price of admission is deemed to be to high.
