<<Just checking - are you sticking to your guns and refusing to buy more at this level>>

Yes. I thought SEEC was a good buy in January at 20 1/4. I continued to think so through most of March, continuing to buy more at 17, 14 and mid 13's. But I will not buy any more at this time. In fact i sold about half my position last week (at a loss obviously) because I am tired of watching this sink while other things i have had my eye on go up. Already it was a good decision as the money I took out of SEEC I put into RNTK and have already done nicely there. I dont understand SEEC's gradual decline. There does not seem to be anything specific that can account for this downside, other than the poor reports of several industry peers (notably PTUS).
I remember late last year when for no apparent reason IMRS went from the high 30's to the high teen's in a very short period. I could not understand it (still dont actually). But as you can see now, IMRS rebounded nicely (in the mid to low 50's now). The same thing COULD happen here and that is why I continue to maintain a position BUT it may not. I'll be watching carefully and if I see a change in direction I may re enter; I am willing to miss a point or two getting back in. Let's hope this is the case.
