Bob,
Sure I could be overly harsh. I would be happy if anyone can point out any of the Naxos employees prior to John Norton who had significant professional mining experience. Don't get me wrong I like a lot of these people and am not trying to insult them but it seems that many were learning on the job. It is possible one may have had another agenda, we have already discussed the questions about the individual who had a potential conflict of interest. I've thought a lot about the situation and asked a lot of questions. I strongly feel that Naxos has been significantly delayed by the lack of mining professionals. This opinion should not be new to anyone, I have posted this repeatedly for months.
As far as John Norton being abrasive. I could care less. I have heard this charge against Mr Norton before and consider it irrelevant. The single most effective businessman I know is probably the most abrasive individual I have met. John Norton could be the second coming of Don Rickles as far as I am concerned but if he brings desperately needed mining skills to Naxos that is no problem to me.
respectfully,
Henry
