As I stated to you earlier, I am a novice investor trying to learn. I (hope you will be willing to "unconfuse" me. In talking about book value of 11.65 - what does this mean as far as actual market value when the stock changes from KIWT to LVLT? R. Marks in post 570 says he feels the REAL WORLD valuation is in excess of $25.00. (Is that book or market? ) Further on, a gentleman is saying wouldn't it be nice if there is a split 3 for 1 from $75.00. Does he mean when it hits the market it would be $25., after a 3 for 1 split? An employee says he figures value at $100. plus.

I believe in the company and the "vision". I realize this is explosive and speculative!

I have a considerable amount (for me) in KIWT. Are you expecting an immediate run-up on the April 1 NAZ intro and then selling off the next day? Are you holding a percentage for the long term. Should I expect my stock to drop from $70-$80 to $58.00 (actual value) ( or 11.65) or is everyone expecting a stock split (per above)? I guess about "1/3" of my small portfolio is in KIWT, so if I lose, I lose a lot. I also understand there is the possibility if I sell, I won't get back in the stock, due to the big fund groups buying in and the real possibility of more demand than supply.

In the Form10K of March 28 - (which I really do not understand how to read) - I did note that there was the possibility of KIWT coupling the listing of Class D shares with a public offering of newly issued class D shares in order to raise additional capital, which could delay or alter the listing plan. How would this affect what we currently own.

I realize I have to make my own decisions, but I really need clarification on the above issues to help me understand a little better what everyone is talking about. In your 14 years experience, what would you say you expect to happen - just an opinion. Since you are trading - investing and speculating, are you planning to trade the "trade" part the 1st of April (which you thought should be fun) and holding the rest for investing and speculation? In other words, are you planning to trade 40% and keep 60%?? (And what is a mo-mo stock?)

Thanks in advance.

Nancy
