From the sounds of it, people who are frustrated with Waterhouse are day traders. Well, I hate to say it but on-line, discount brokrage firms are not the ideal service for the day trader. If you're tired of waiting on hold or webbroker being down, and you're a day-trader I suggest you move on up to a more expensive yet faster, reliable service. The money you make on one good day trade could easily pay for a month commssions. These cheap commissions come at a price. -Eddie
